The product
Fixnote is a browser extension and website for writing up requested changes to web pages, PDFs and other documents you can open in a browser. The Free plan is provided as-is at no charge and includes a monthly limit on reports. The Pro plan is a subscription that removes that limit and adds features described on the pricing page.
Your account
A Pro subscription is for one person and follows the account you sign in with. You may use it in any number of browsers you personally use. Sharing an account with other people, or reselling access, ends the subscription. Teams need a team plan.
Billing and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically monthly or yearly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing link in your account or in your receipt email; access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. If Fixnote doesn’t do what this site says it does, email us within 14 days of your first purchase and we will refund it.
Your content
Everything you create with Fixnote is yours. Reports you export on Pro are stored privately in your account so you can download them again; we don’t read them, share them, or use them to train anything. Delete them whenever you like.
Acceptable use
Use Fixnote on sites and documents you are allowed to review. Don’t use it to break the law or to interfere with a website you don’t have permission to work on.
No warranty; limited liability
Fixnote is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we can’t promise it works on every website or is free of bugs. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we’ll note it on this page with a new date. Continuing to use Fixnote after that means you accept the change.
